Financial OnTrack provides tools to organize and track your financial portfolio, budgets, and goals, and to generate insights. We do notprovide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You remain solely responsible for decisions and outcomes based on information in the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You must comply with all applicable laws where you use the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. The courts of Utrecht have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer laws grant additional rights.
